- Memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment. After the initial term, they will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
- Membership benefits are issued monthly and do not roll over. Please plan to use your benefits within the month they are provided. If you are traveling or unable to use your benefits, please notify our team in advance. We are happy to freeze your membership when needed.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member listed on the account.
- A valid payment method is required at all times. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, the membership may be suspended or canceled.
- Some services require advance scheduling, as equipment must be reserved specifically for your session.
- Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change at any time. Members will be notified of any updates in advance.
- Guest passes become available after your membership is active and cannot be applied during sign-up.
- Each member receives two guest passes per month. This allows the member to bring up to two guests during that month, so their family or friends can also enjoy member pricing. Guests must accompany the member at the time of their visit to use this benefit.
- Monthly membership vitamin drips exclude the Myers' Cocktail and NAD drips.
