Medically supervised weight loss program qualification checklist

To qualify for our Medical Weight Loss Program, follow these steps:

  1. Schedule an in-person or virtual consultation with one of our nurses. During this session, they will guide you through the process and address any queries you might have

  2. Post-consultation, if you're deemed a suitable candidate, we'll direct you to a lab for blood work, with a cost of $99.

  3. After completing your blood work and receiving the results, we'll review them. If everything checks out, we'll conduct a medical clearance consultation.

  4. Opt for the program at $400 per month, enabling you to administer injections weekly at home or at one of our locations. Alternatively, choose the $1200 three-month program, which includes a complimentary monthly bundle of Lipo-B (four shots every month).
